Brunch Menu I

• Assorted Juices
• Freshly Brewed Coffee and Hot Tea
• Fresh Fruit with assorted berries
• Thick Cut French toast with warm maple syrup
• Assorted fresh sweet rolls
• Eggs Florentine, poached eggs set on a bed of sauteed greens topped with a white vermouth cream sauce
• Bacon and Sausage
• Chicken Francaise, boneless breast of chicken lightly dipped in an egg gatter and sauteed until golden in a sherry lemon butter sauce
• Pasta Broccolini, fresh pasta tossed with broccoli in a garlic Romano sauce
• O’Brien potatoes sauteed with peppers and onions
• Corned Beef Hash topped with poached eggs
• Steam fresh vegetables
• Homemade cheesecake

The price per person for the above menu is $36.50 plus 20% gratuity and includes plastic service.

Brunch Menu II

• Assorted pastries
• Fresh seasonal fruit
• Sausage
• Fresh scrambled eggs
• Eggs Benedict – poached on a toasted English Muffin with Canadian Bacon topped with homemade Hollandaise
• Chicken Francaise – boneless breast of chicken lightly dipped in an egg batter and sauteed in a sherry lemon butter sauce
• Steamed fresh vegetables
• Stir fried rice
• Freshly brewed coffee and hot tea

The price per person for the above menu is $30.50 plus 20% gratuity and includes plastic service.

Brunch Menu III

• Fresh Fruit with assorted berries
• Fresh Pecan Rolls
• Homemade thick cut French toast served with warm maple syrup
• Eggs Benedict
• O’Brien Potatoes, fresh potatoes with sauteed peppers and onions
• Scrambled eggs with sun-dried tomatoes and sweet peppers
• Crispy bacon and sausage
• Blueberry pancakes with warm maple syrup
• Quiche with shrimp, crab-meat and smoked Blarney cheese

The price per person for the above menu is $32.00 plus 20% gratuity and includes plastic service.

Brunch Menu IV

• Fresh seasonal fruit
• Assorted sweet rolls
• Homemade thick cut French toast served with warm maple syrup
• Crispy bacon and sausage
• Farm Fresh Scrambled eggs
• Home Fries
• Bacon, fresh broccoli and cheddar cheese quiche
• Coffee and juice

The price per person for the above menu is $23.50 plus 20% gratuity and includes plastic service.
